The dinner was guided by the guest chef <strong data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"959\">Enrique Cruz<\/strong>, whose talent shone in each of the courses inspired by the nine levels of the Mictl&aacute;n. The dishes were made with emblematic ingredients of Mexican culture such as native corn, ancestral spices, flowers, aromatic leaves, and preparations of Pre-Hispanic origin.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ee5556a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent \" data-id=\"ee5556a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b43a623 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b43a623\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1505\">The experience was complemented by a special pairing with the participation of national brands such as <strong data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1390\">Mezcal Patatus, Whiskey S&aacute;mano and Masamama<\/strong>, as well as the gastronomic project <strong data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1435\">Totomo<\/strong>, which was a fundamental part of the night&rsquo;s creative collaboration.<\/p><p data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1827\">One of the most notable elements was the <strong data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1577\">immersive video mapping<\/strong>, projected on the restaurant&rsquo;s walls, transporting guests through symbolic landscapes of the Mexica underworld. Lights, visual textures, and sound design were integrated with the culinary concept to create a complete sensory narrative.<\/p><p data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"2153\">&ldquo;<em data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"1848\">Journey to Mictl&aacute;n<\/em> was conceived to honor our roots and showcase the cultural value behind every ingredient, every dish, and every story.
